End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope of License

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and linkode.app. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the RoastMyFit AI software strictly on mobile devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with App Store and Google Play Store terms.

2. License Restrictions

You agree that you shall NOT:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying neural networks of the Application.
• Bypass, alter, or defeat any security or virtual token DRM mechanisms.
• Use automated scripts or bots to spam fashion roast requests.

3. Consent to Use Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical device data as described in our Privacy Policy to facilitate software updates and cloud AI inference performance.

4. Termination

The license is effective until terminated by you or linkode.app. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
