At RoastMyFit AI ("we", "our", or "us"), operated under linkode.app, we respect your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy governs our data practices regarding our mobile application and online services. By capturing, uploading, or interacting with our AI fashion analysis tools, you agree to the practices outlined herein.
2. Image Processing & Camera Data
Our application relies on computer vision neural networks to analyze outfit choices, color harmony, and style proportions. Here is how your photo data is handled with maximum privacy standards:
- Ephemeral In-Memory Processing: Uploaded or captured photos are processed in temporary RAM servers purely to perform the AI segmentation and roast generation.
- Automatic Data Erasure: All image binaries are automatically purged within 60 seconds following execution of the roast.
- No Facial Biometrics: We do NOT analyze, store, or construct facial templates. Our computer vision focus is strictly confined to garment boundaries.
- No Public Model Training: Your uploaded personal photos are never sold to data brokers or used to train publicly downloadable AI models.
3. Information We Collect
A. Device Permissions: Camera access is required exclusively to take outfit photos in real-time. Photo Library access is optional if you choose to pick photos directly from your gallery.
B. Technical Telemetry: We collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic analytics (app version, crash logs, operating system type) to improve application stability.
C. Token Wallet Ledgers: We track virtual Drip Token balances linked to an anonymous device GUID to maintain token state across sessions.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize secure cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS / Google Cloud Platform) strictly for running transient AI inference engines under strict data privacy agreements. These vendors are bound by confidentiality clauses and are prohibited from retaining your images for independent purposes.
5. Hall of Shame & Community Content
Images are NEVER submitted to the public "Hall of Shame" or community leaderboards without your explicit manual consent. Tapping "Submit to Hall of Shame" converts that specific roast card into a public community item. You may request removal at any time by emailing support.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
